Great Location and Spacious Accommodations
The accommodations were very spacious, with a large and excellent bathroom, and modern decor. The location was unbeatable, with a metro stop just a two-minute walk away and many popular attractions easily within walking distance. The friendly staff also provided helpful recommendations and assistance throughout our stay.
The hotel did not have a lobby or eating facility, which may be disappointing to some guests looking for a traditional hotel experience. However, there were plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee places within a one-minute walk.

Hotel was very well located, rooms were clean.
We got woken up in the middle of the night when the bottles were being recycled from the large bins into the trucks.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. they were warm, friendly and did all they could to assist us in Rome. the location is simply perfect.
There was nothing we did not like. We purposely chose a small room as we did not plan to spend much time other than sleeping. there are larger rooms as well but all rooms are sufficient for a visit to rome where the action is all outside!

We finally stayed at Maison Trevi, due to some technical problems. But the rooms there were excellent! they were modern decorated, well equipped and well heated. The location was perfect, everything was within a 2 min walking distance. Laura and Giorgio were very very kind and helpful. We will surely prefer to stay there at our next trip to Rome!

We stayed at an apartment-style hotel with ultra-modern rooms, a beautiful and spacious bathroom with a large showerhead, and really comfy king-size beds with nice new clean sheets. It was next to a metro stop for Line A, made it easy to get around the city, and we received a map with highlights and recommendations. we loved having the option to eat breakfast in our flat in the mornings or stay in for dinner one night when we were too exhausted to go to a restaurant.
The street noise that started up pretty early in the morning was a bit of a nuisance.

First of - the location: prime location. It's off the gorgeous Via Veneto. It's also less than 10 mins walk away from the Spanish Steps. The metro (Barberini stop on the red line) is a cool 2-3 mins(or even less) from the hotel - and this takes you in a few stops to the vatican city. Aside from the fact that one can walk anyway in Rome, it does help to have the metro so close to the hotel. Giorgia (the hostess) gave useful advice for getting around in Rome. The room - was spacious and perfect for my needs. I opted for the room with an external, yet private, bathroom. The bathroom is large and comfortable - everything is exactly as it is in the pictures. Very good B&B. Will definitely come back.

We had an incredible stay in a fantastic city! The hotel is located in a prime area, just off major streets like the Via Veneto and Via del Tritone. It is within walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There is also a great café nearby where we enjoyed delicious cappuccinos and cocktails. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff, especially Barbara, was outstanding. Our fridge was always filled with water and we even received bottles of wine in our room. The hotel provided us with street maps and gave us helpful recommendations for exploring Rome. We felt warmly welcomed and right at home during our stay.
There is no elevator in the hotel, which could be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.

The staff were extremely attentive (returning on multiple occasions to ensure wifi worked) and helpful. The location is perfect, a short walk from the spanish steps and on the doorstep of the buzzing Piazza Barberini.
Rome is an expensive city, and the cost here was substantially higher than what I would normally pay elsewhere. With that said, having researched comparable options on location/quality, it would be hard to say that the price was excessive for Rome.
